SPG Foundation is a non-profit organization by youth, for youth, and with youth. Our primary mission is to help young adults aged 18-35 in the Greater Toronto Area reach their full potential and become vital members of their communities. The foundation focuses on one core program each month, efficiently utilizing resources and maintaining a quarterly balance between sports, culture, and youth development categories.

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our youth programs, increase engagement, and build our online presence. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for SPG Foundation's youth programs
  2. Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and email campaigns
  3. Manage social media accounts and build an active online community
  4. Design and execute digital campaigns to promote monthly program activities across sports, culture, and youth development categories
  5. Track and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance
  6. Collaborate with program coordinators to effectively communicate event details and success stories
  7. Develop innovative marketing approaches to reach diverse youth audiences
  8. Create promotional materials for SPG merchandise


Minimum Requirements:

  1. Work experience in marketing, communications, or related field
  2. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
  3. Strong content creation skills for diverse digital platforms
  4. Experience with email marketing campaigns and management
  5. Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools


Preferred Requirements:

  1. Experience working with multicultural communities
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. 2+ years experience in digital marketing, preferably in non-profit or youth-focused organizations
  4. Knowledge of youth trends and digital engagement strategies
  5. Experience with video editing and production
  6. Familiarity with grant applications and non-profit marketing
  7. Experience with fundraising campaigns
  8. Microsoft Office tools proficiency (PPT, Excel, Word, Teams)
  9. Proactive communication attitude
  10. Bilingual capabilities (English, Korean)
