Key Responsibilities

1. Operate material handling equipment such as Forklifts, Clamp Trucks, Reach Trucks, and Order Pickers
2. Perform inbound and outbound operations including loading and unloading shipments
3. Stack, organize, and relocate materials within the warehouse
4. Maintain accurate inventory locations during loading/unloading activities
5. Conduct daily equipment checks and perform minor maintenance
6. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
7. Collaborate with supervisors and logistics coordinators to improve workflow efficiency

Minimum Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of experience operating MHE equipment
2. Valid forklift or related equipment certification (recognized in Canada)
3. Basic English comprehension skills (ability to understand safety instructions and work directives)
4. Physically fit with a strong commitment to safe work practices
5. Good teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Requirements

1. Ability to operate multiple types of warehouse equipment (e.g., Reach Truck, Order Picker)
2. Experience in high-volume or automotive parts warehouse environments is an asset
