Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and manage outbound shipments and transportation schedules based on client orders
  2. Plan and communicate dispatch schedules with carriers and drivers
  3. Monitor warehouse inbound/outbound status and report inventory discrepancies
  4. Respond promptly to issues during transportation (e.g., delays, damages) and provide updates
  5. Prepare logistics and transportation documents and input data into systems (e.g., BOL, POD)
  6. Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams


Minimum Requirements

  1. Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field
  2. Proficient in English communication (verbal and written)
  3. Proficiency in MS Office applications
  4. Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  5. Diligent, responsible, and reliable work attitude

Preferred Requirements

  1. Experience with Canadian logistics systems (WMS/TMS)
  2. Previous experience as a logistics coordinator in manufacturing/automotive industries
  3. Experience using SAP or other ERP systems
